Train The Brains Program — HR & Social Media Internships

Softential Solutions has resumed its Train The Brains Program at our Aligarh location!

We are offering free, three-month, full-time, industry-oriented training to selected freshers in the following fields:

Open Internship Roles

1. HR & Operations Intern
Gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, documentation, office administration, professional communication, and corporate best practices.

2. Social Media Intern
Learn and work on real-time projects involving social media management, content planning, audience engagement, digital communication, branding, and social media best practices.

During the program, you will not only learn the tools and techniques relevant to your field but also get an opportunity to work on real-time projects and understand how industry practices are applied to solve real-world problems.

You will also receive training in professional communication, documentation, teamwork, corporate etiquette, and other essential workplace skills.

Since this is a continuous program, you can apply anytime for the upcoming training batch.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates looking to gain practical industry experience can apply.
• Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time, 3-month training program.
• Candidates should not be planning to pursue further education during the training period, as this is a full-time, on-site commitment.

• There are no charges or fees for the training program.
• No stipend will be provided during the training.
• This is a 3-month full-time training program.
• This is NOT an online internship.
• This is not an employment program.
• Only candidates selected through our selection process, including tests and interviews, will be eligible for the training.
• The program is conducted at our Aligarh location.
