Looking for candidates with 5 or more years of industry experience working on Microsoft technology stack for our Aligarh location.

Job Description:

As a Technical Lead, you'll be leading the engineering Team which is the the brain behind crafting, developing, testing and maintaining the world class software products.

Your day-to-day tasks includes:

1. Getting involved and drive the typical life-cycle of Microsoft .Net based Enterprise applications including analysis, design, development, coordination, implementation and maintenance of the product.
2. Required to work in a fast-paced agile environment and with a team of dynamic Software Engineers to develop end-to-end enterprise applications, while leading by example.
3. You will develop applications using cutting edge technologies like Microsoft .NET, C#, WPF, WCF, LINQ, WinForms, Azure.
4. You are always there to help and support your team members in overcoming all technical road-blocks.
5. You are always willing to work in a constantly changing world and have ability to adapt to new technologies faster.

What You should have:

1. You should be a B. Tech. (or BE) in Computer Sciences or IT, or an MCA from a college or repute with excellent academic records (65%+) throughout.
2. You should have at least 6 years experience in developing desktop applications using C#, WPF, VB.Net, ADO, and have hands on experience in SQL Server, Web Services, Web API etc.
3. You should have at least 2 years of experience in leading a team of 3 or more engineers on a similar profile.
4. You should be well versed with the software design patters and various software architechture
5. You should have strong mathematical skills and good in Data Structure and Algorithm design concepts and Object Oriented Paradigm.
6. Detail-oriented, Critical-thinking, Experience in leading projects with software designing in a test-driven environment.
7. You must possess an excellent communication Skills both written and oral, and you are a fast learner with an ability to adapt quickly.

Having one or more of the following would be an advantage;

1.     Experience with integration to QuickBooks Online or Microsoft Business Central
2.     Experience with configuration management and/or incident management tools
3.     Exposure to Scrum/Agile practices
4.     Exposure to SSRS, RDLC or SAP Crystal Reports Designing
